Playbook | Digital Finance Courses

1. Definitions:

• Playbook: An e-learning platform owned by Quercus Sp. z o.o.
• User: A natural or legal person who has created an Account on the Playbook platform.
• Account: The User’s individual account on the Playbook platform.
• Course: Educational material available on the Playbook platform.

2. Account Creation and Registration:

• Account registration is voluntary and free of charge.
• The User is required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Acceptance of the Terms of Service is a condition for creating an Account.

3. Terms of Course Use:

• Access to paid Courses is granted after payment is made in accordance with the price list available on the platform.
• Course materials are protected by copyright and may not be distributed without the consent of Quercus Sp. z o.o.

4. Payments:

• Accepted payment methods are listed on the platform.
• Payments are processed via external payment operators.
• Refund rules are governed by a separate refund policy (if applicable).

5. User Rights and Obligations:

• The User has the right to use Courses in accordance with their intended purpose.
• The User is obliged to comply with these Terms of Service and applicable laws.
• The User is responsible for any content they publish on the platform (if such functionality exists).

6. Liability:

• Quercus Sp. z o.o. makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the platform, but shall not be held liable for any interruptions caused by factors beyond its control.
• The liability of Quercus Sp. z o.o. is limited to the amount paid for the Course (if applicable).

7. Intellectual Property:

• All rights to the Playbook platform, including copyrights to Course materials, logos, and names, belong to Quercus Sp. z o.o.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law:

• Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved by competent common courts in Poland.
• The governing law for these Terms of Service is Polish law.
